En nuestros Servicios Cpanel, DirectAdmin y Enhance, no se ofrece MongoDB, sin embargo, si puede conectarse a MongoDB externo.
Sin embargo, por defecto no está habilitada la conexion hacia el exterior en los puertos de MongoDB, solo se abren por solicitud de algun cliente.
Asi que si ves algun error similar a los siguientes, es mejor que nos des aviso para abrir los puertos de MongoDB en el Servidor donde está tu servicio con nosotros.
